Sleeping On Good Beds

People usually tend to make two kinds of mistakes. The first mistake is that they don0t quite use the space that they have, and the second mistake is that they either put in too much or too little. An example of the former is a large sofa set in a tiny corner, or in the opposite case, too little into too much, such as a chair or cushion in an area with space for a couch. These two kinds of errors come along with two kinds of personalities: the 0minimalist0 and the 0pack rat0.
The minimalist likes to keep things simple, like a single picture in a large room, or couches all in black, and a few red cushions. They enjoy form, contrast, open space, and a sense of freedom. The pack rat is the opposite of the minimalist. The pack rat likes to have many objects brought together, different colors, multiple forms, shapes, sizes, a sense of life and nature in the home. Bedding Overview

Though our ancestors may have slept on leaf, straw, feather, or even horsehair mattresses, modern technology offers the foam mattresses as an option to the more contemporary cotton mattress with coil springs. But, how did we ever get to using foam as a bedding material?
The foam used in modern mattresses and many packaging and insulating materials is polyurethane foam, a discovery of German scientist Otto Bayer in 1937. Although Mr Bayer has no family association with the Bayer Group, he joined their research team in 1934, and later pioneered polyurethane chemistry and continued to develop that and other chemical technologies with for many years.
In time, researchers William Hanford and Donald Holmes teamed up at the Labs of E I du Pont in the United States, and created a multipurpose polyurethane manufacturing process that was patented in 1942. Their process continues to be used in the manufacturing industry to this day, though significant advances in both polyurethane chemistry and manufacturing have refined both the process and the resultant products.
