The importance of a good night0s sleep

We0ve all probably seen figures thrown around ranging from 7 to 10 hours sleep per night as being standard. But what you may not know is that the amount of sleep we require is entirely dependent upon both our age and our lifestyles. Children, for example, require up to 2.5 hours more sleep than the average adult. Each individual is different, however, and it is mostly up to you to decide how much sleep is healthy for you. You can figure out if you get enough sleep by considering a few simple points and seeing if they relate to you:
0 Difficulty waking up in the morning
0 Inability to concentrate on tasks
0 Falling asleep during work or classes
0 Feelings of moodiness and even depression
If you do find you suffer from any above, it0s quite probable you are not getting to bed early enough. So, how can you try to ensure you do lay your head down for long enough?
